Your mission 🚀
Reporting directly to the CEO and in close coordination with all teams, you will own content production and establish the global tone of voice for Upflow.
You'll be our first hire on the ground: you'll be taking the job off the CEO's plate and leading the way. We're part of the eFounders family and we've been trained by great copywriters ;)
Your mission includes:
Content: You’re responsible for suggesting, validating, and producing all written assets relating to Upflow, with particular focus on our blog posts, ebooks, newsletters, and website copy. You'll work hand in hand with the growth and sales teams to find new ideas in order to produce SEO compliant content supporting their efforts.
Press relations: You'll establish and maintain long term relationship with journalists, influencers in our fintech environment, and produce press releases when needed.
Community: You'll be responsible for setting up a strategy for each channel (blog, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, ...). You're familiar with those channels (best practices, know how algorithms work to get the best of organic posts), and produce engaging updates showcasing what the Upflow team is up to.
Copyright: You'll own the Upflow “tone of voice” across the board by defining copyrighting rules and enforcing them. You work on unifying the “single way to speak” to our users and different stakeholders, whether in the app, transactional emails, newsletters, and pretty much every interaction we have with them.
ROI: You'll test, learn, and validate intuition with facts and data. You understand we’re a result-driven organisation, and even if inbound strategies based on content take time, you set up and measure KPIs in order to validate your strategies. You write SEO compliant content and you know how to handle Adwords to craft the most effective campaigns.
You have 2-4 years experience in similar environments and a proven track record. We're not looking for a specific experience but rather a good fit with the team and the job.

You’re at ease in a fast-pace, startup environment, without falling in the trap of the startup fairytale. You know our customers are non-tech, traditional businesses as well, and speaking to them is different from the startup way.
- You’re curious, and you constantly hustle and meet new people (inside our outside our organization) to understand new concepts and in turn produce great content that can be helpful to others.
- You have a strong attention to details, and have high quality standards, a typo is your worst nightmare.
- You're self driven, you can set your own priorities and make time to focus on great content.
Some technical bits
French is your native tongue, you write perfectly in “la langue de Molière” but you’re also able to produce high quality content in English. Another European language is a plus.
You’re deeply familiar with SEO and paid advertising in order to optimize inbound lead generation and leverage paid advertising.
